Hi,
We are two flatmates (from India) living in a fully furnished 2 bed 2 bath flat. The building is less than 3 years old and is a built to rent property, implying ideally suited for renting for professionals. The amenities include 24 hr gym, a working space, lounge, reception etc.
The Canning town station is across the street, less than 2 minutes walk. There are cafe and departmental stores around with a big Morrison store, less than 5 minutes walk.
Regarding the flat, it is a fully furnished flat, with all utensils in the kitchen and a TV in the living room. The flat comes with a large balcony with beautiful views of the London skyline. The room is an ensuite with a double bed, storage and an adjustable desk and chair, with a monitor/screen. My flatmate is friendly and extremely easy to live with.
I am renting the room for 5 to 6 weeks starting from 25 March to 10 May (dates flexible), as I am going to India for that period. The rent of the room is £1,325 per month (i. e. £44 per day), with other expense around £150 per month per person (last month bills were council tax £74, energy £32, gas £36, water £15). Therefore the per day costs including rent and bills comes to around £50. Broadband comes free in the building. As mentioned above the kitchen is fully equipped and the incoming person is free to use the utensils.
There is no security deposit, however you will be required to pay the rent in advance. I have included a few pics which were taken/provided before moving in the Flat, which has been supplemented later with our furniture. The flat looks better than in pictures.
