There is a weekly cleaning staff that cleans the kitchen and common areas so no need to worry about tons of cleaning responsibilities (for free!). The flatmates are very friendly, helpful. Everyone was very responsible and the common areas were always kept clean and there was never a conflict or argument. We were constantly helping each other and sampling the food that everyone made. The whole apartment had a very friendly atmosphere, offering each other help when people needed items, often for free.
