My housemate has sadly decided to move in with her boyfriend, so I am needing a replacement housemate for 26th April, dates flexible.

Decent sized double room comes with built in triple wardrobes. Has high ceilings and large windows lets in lots of light, located at the back of the house, so also quiet and private.

The flat:

Is a 2 bed. We moved in 3 years ago when it was newly refurbished. Has high ceilings and lots of natural light, windows are double glazed throughout, Overall flat is bright warm, clean and spacious.

Good sized living room/dinning room complete with L shaped sofa and tv, also has 4 person dining table for dinners, we also used as a WFH area.

Kitchen decent layout galley with hob, oven, other cooking facilities, has a large fridge freezer was new when we moved in, decent amount of cupboard space.

Bathroom
Shower and nice sized bath! Was completely new when we moved in. Washing machine is also in here again was brand new when we moved in.

Is On a quiet cul de sac off Lea Bridge Road, 15mins from Clapton/walthamstow/leyton, close to jubilee park and Hackney marshes so fab for summer.

Transport:
Lea Bridge overground is 8 min walk which goes to Stratford or Tottenham Hale in 3-5mins for easy tube access.
On 55/56 bus routes into Hackney/walthamstow/dalston.
N55/N38 night bus routes

Local amenities:
Great local bossman & Turkish shops a real treasure trove for interesting drinks & snacks.
Aldi is literally across the street, for all your favourite dups, 24 hour Morrisons petrol station.
Leyton Tesco is a 15 mins walk. Decent pubs locally. Coffee shop across the road same people as bakestreet. Also Probably 20 mins to either chatsworth Road or Francis Road if coffees and pastries are your thing.
